After you have contacted us we will introduce you to a member of our Sales Team to chat about your vending requirements. This is a very informal and friendly meeting so that we supply exactly the vending machines that suits your location.
We never ask anyone to sign a contract. You are free to ask us to remove the vending machines at any time.
WeŽll Supply It - For Free
Hot drinks, cold drinks, crisps, chocolate & biscuits, healthy options (that taste nice) we find the machines to vend any of these products that suit you and your site.
WeŽll Install It - For Free
Our engineering team place the machine you require for your site.
We have five fully trained engineers who ensure all our machines are fully PAT tested and fulfil all Health and Safety regulations.
WeŽll Fill It - For Free
Once your vending machine has been installed we allocate it to one of our fully trained merchandisers who is filling in the area.
We introduce them to the relevant people on your site so that a good working relationship can be developed. Most importantly, the brands you want to be put in the machine is discussed.
The same merchandiser will call on a regular basis. The merchandisers are always happy to answer questions and solve any problems on site. Or bring back requests you have to Head office.
All our merchandisers use Hand Held Terminals and scan the products that go into your machine. This enables us to provide you with a fully transparent record of stock, callout times and sales readings at any time.
WeŽll Maintain It - For Free
If anything goes wrong with your vending machine you phone or email us and we will very quickly and efficiently send out one of our engineers to fix it. If you want a newer fresher machine type we can also organise an upgrade.
